2. Return Eligibility:
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@bbqkinggrills.com
Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 1 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they are defective or damaged.
Consumable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable items such as food products.
4. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at support@bbqkinggrills.com to inform us of the issue and receive return instructions. If King One has already been used we we will be able to issue refund.
b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
c. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
5. Refund Process:
a. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
b. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 or 4 business days.
6. Return Shipping Costs:
a. If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
b. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
